Payment

All prices are in GBP (British pounds - £). All prices shown remain valid only for as long as they remain on the website. The price of any goods ordered and not in stock at time of order and subject to an increase will be advised with the customers option to cancel. Payment by credit and debit cards shown on the website and accepted by PayPal.

Tax

Where VAT is chargeable in the UK it is applied at 15% or the current rate and is included in your payment advice will show how much VAT you have been charged as part of your total payment. Orders shipped to destinations outside the EU may be subject to local sales taxes or import duties. These are not included in our prices and customers remain liable for payment of these taxes or duties on or following delivery.

Credit Card Security

When you pay online by credit or debit card you will be passed through the PayPal secure payment gateway, use of which is subject to the terms and conditions of PayPal. We do not hold any responsibility for the availability of the PayPal gateway nor calculations displayed on its site. Please ensure that the total amount is exactly the same value as the order before confirming your payment: otherwise we will be unable to process your order. All credit and debit card numbers are encrypted automatically. They are not held in clear text on any web site. Complaints

We normally expect to acknowledge and deal with a complaint within 5 working days. During busy periods such as Christmas we may take longer.
